Subject: Matching a faux painted surface
Message:
The winding staircase in my new house is faux painted with what looks to be about 4 different colors, including hints of black, terra-cotta, sea-foam, and a predominant dark sage. Then the whole looks like it was washed with a dark stain for an antiqued effect. I need to touch up some spots that the furniture movers damaged, and I need to match it for a very large mirror frame in the foyer from which the staircase leads. Any clues how I can match this or get a professional to match it??
