Subject: silver leafing a large ceiling

I need advice on silver leafing a large ceiling. substrate is level 5 drywall. I want to use a water base size and use leaf material on a roll with a basecoat of silver metallic paint then several layers of clear topcoat. How many layers of each and can we spray? Aloha, Lei
