Subject: What colors???

Hi all -- I am getting ready to try my hand at some painting and I am also going to try the faux finish of sponging. I have the main room color GOLD, I would love some suggestions for the trim, ceiling and fabrics. I am thinking rust, or burgandy by any other suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance.
