for best results. steamming is good because it helps the old glue to release. then you dont have to go back a deglue.or you can try a trick gram showed me. she wall papered just about everyones houjse in town an painted 2 yrs later. she liked to help folks. her best thing was to inclujde the wall paper into different parts of mural then dont have to work so hard on removal... this depends on your new scene an old paper. doesnt always work but when does its pretty cool.
