I just painted my small kitchen with Benjamin Moore #2015-50 (a pale orange/peach) I would like it lighter now. Can I color wash it lighter? What colors can I use to do it? The paint is a semi-gloss, do I or should I repaint with eggshell and a color lighter than it is now ? Thank You ,June |

I am trying to find out the difference and best way to change the color of my dining room chairs. Currently they are the light brown beechwood raw color - and I want to stain/paint them black. Please can you recommend which technique is best and what stain/paint to use. Thanks |

I am interested in glazing my kitchen cupboards. First, is this technique suitable for cupboards? Also, I am painting the cupboards green. Can I glaze over with a clear glaze just to add texture, or are glazes always tinted? Thanks |

Hi guys! ...want to paint the bathroom purple with a kind of silver sheen to it...but love the 'moody' effect that glazing produces...can I somehow use the purple as a base coat, then use some silver paint in the glaze???...if this sounds insane, please don't hesitate to tell me...I'd rather you say it, than have to spend hours trying to fix it... all ideas/comments GREATLY appreciated! thanx!
