I'm using AOL, CompuServe, Earthlink
or Mindspring, and I'm having problems
on artSparx.com—printing, navigating,
etc. What can I do?
AOL, CompuServe, Earthlink and
Mindspring use custom browsers. If you
are having problems on artSparx.com with
a custom browser, try opening a new
browser window in Internet Explorer
(open your Start menu, choose Programs,
from that list click on Internet
Explorer). Then go to www.artsparx.com.
This will ensure that you are seeing the
most recent pages on our site. If print
problems persist, you may have to
experiment with different fonts in
Internet Explorer. Arial font is often a
good fix.
